Who we are
RD Privacy was founded by Diana Andrade, an EU-qualified privacy lawyer and data protection advisor specialized in pharma, biotech, and clinical research.
It began as a consulting firm created to help life sciences organizations navigate privacy compliance in a way that is clear, operational, and aligned with the realities of clinical research. Over time, that mission expanded beyond advisory work.
Today, RD Privacy brings together three connected initiatives: Privacy Advisory, RD Global Academy, and The Watch. Together, they support pharma and life sciences teams through advisory services, practical training, and global regulatory intelligence.
Across all RD Privacy projects, one purpose guides the work: advancing science and research while helping pharma and life sciences organizations protect the individuals behind the data.
